These terms govern use of HeroRamp by candidates, employers, supply sources, and HeroRamp operations users.
HeroRamp platform role
HeroRamp provides software for candidate-controlled readiness, opportunity-fit, masked employer discovery, supply-source invitation, and operations governance workflows. HeroRamp is not a recruiting company, recruiting agency, placement company, employment agency, staffing agency, job-posting board, CV library, candidate directory, school, education company, training company, training provider, certification provider, employer, or employer of record. HeroRamp does not represent candidates, employers, or supply sources as an agent and does not guarantee job placement, interviews, hiring, employment, compensation, training outcomes, credentials, admissions, or employer decisions.
Candidate use
Candidates may create a profile, provide preferences, complete readiness checks, review approved opportunities, and express interest. Expressing interest records candidate intent inside HeroRamp; it is not a job application, recruitment representation, agency representation, referral, referral guarantee, direct employer submission, education enrollment, training enrollment, certification enrollment, employment offer, or placement unless HeroRamp later creates and discloses a separate approved process with appropriate consent and terms.
Employer use
Employers may create a company profile, accept platform access terms, and review masked candidate fit evidence after HeroRamp Ops approval. Employers remain solely responsible for their own hiring decisions, employment terms, legal compliance, interviews, offers, onboarding, workplace policies, background checks where lawful, candidate communications, labor obligations, and treatment of candidates. HeroRamp does not make hiring decisions for employers or provide legal, HR, labor, or compliance advice.
Supply-source use
Supply sources may upload or provide invitation leads only when they have lawful authority to do so for career opportunity awareness. Supply sources must not upload sensitive data, resumes, full addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, health information, disciplinary records, grades, yearbook or school records not authorized for this purpose, or information collected for a purpose that does not permit HeroRamp invitation outreach. Leads remain invitation-only until each person independently signs up and consents.
No prohibited use
Users must not scrape, bulk export, sell, re-identify, or attempt to bypass masking or access controls. Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, harmful, confidential, or unauthorized information. Employers and supply sources must not use HeroRamp to evade consent, anti-discrimination, labor, privacy, education, recruitment, or hiring obligations.
Service limitations
HeroRamp is an evolving platform. Features, eligibility, access, opportunities, matching logic, summaries, scoring, and availability may change. HeroRamp may restrict, suspend, or remove access when needed for security, privacy, compliance, misuse, data-quality issues, suspected unauthorized data, or operational review.
Commercial and legal boundaries
Any fees, invoices, success fees, payouts, partner economics, or commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing. Nothing in these platform terms creates an employment relationship, agency relationship, recruitment relationship, placement relationship, school relationship, education relationship, training relationship, certification relationship, franchise, partnership, fiduciary duty, employer-of-record relationship, or guarantee between HeroRamp and any user.

They are not legal advice, HR advice, educational assessment, psychological assessment, immigration advice, financial advice, or a substitute for each user obtaining their own professional guidance where needed.
