What AI may support
HeroRamp may use rules-based scoring and AI-assisted tools to organize profile information, readiness signals, opportunity-fit rationale, review queues, summaries, and operational checks. These tools support the software workflow; they do not decide whether a person is employed, interviewed, hired, represented, referred, admitted to education or training, certified, paid, or placed.
No automated hiring decision
HeroRamp does not automatically approve, reject, rank for employment, hire, train, certify, educate, recruit, represent, refer, or place candidates based only on AI output. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions. HeroRamp Ops may review sensitive workflow steps, and candidates control whether their masked profile appears in employer discovery.
Limits of AI outputs
AI-assisted or rules-based outputs may be incomplete, imperfect, or influenced by the information provided. They are decision-support signals, not professional advice, legal advice, HR advice, psychological assessment, educational assessment, training assessment, recruitment representation, placement representation, candidate representation, employment guarantee, or proof that a candidate will perform in a specific role.
Data and privacy controls
HeroRamp uses the minimum data needed for the relevant workflow where practical and keeps employer discovery masked at Stage 1. Candidate identity and contact details are not shown to employers in Stage-1 discovery, and employer visibility remains a separate optional choice.
No workforce automation or training promise
HeroRamp does not provide workforce automation deployment, formal education, training services, certification, learning credentials, or AI-agent management training. Any future AI literacy, training, or workforce automation features would require separate product, legal, and consent review before launch.
